We provide a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery. 1. Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange You can request a return or exchange if: You received a damaged item You received a wrong product The product has a manufacturing defect The item is not working properly on arrival 2. Conditions for Return To qualify for return or exchange: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery Product must be unused and in original condition Original packaging, box, and accessories must be included Product must not be physically damaged by misuse Unboxing video may be required for claim verification 3.
