  • A PKR 200 advance payment is required for order confirmation
  • Remaining amount payable via Cash on Delivery

We may cancel orders that cannot be verified or confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days across Pakistan
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays
  • Customers must ensure availability on delivery attempt

If parcel is refused after shipment, the customer may be restricted from future orders.

5. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel affected orders.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Returned products must:
