At Pberetta.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

We provide a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery.


1. Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is not working properly on arrival

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, box, and accessories must be included
  • Product must not be physically damaged by misuse
  • Unboxing video may be required for claim verification

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Customer changes mind after ordering
  • Product is used, broken, or mishandled
  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Claim made after 7 days

4. Refund Policy

We generally offer exchange instead of refund.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The ordered item is out of stock, or
  • Replacement is unavailable

Approved refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 3–5 working days after inspection.


5. Exchange Process

  3. Our team will verify and approve the claim
  4. Customer ships the item back
  5. Replacement will be delivered after inspection

6. Shipping Charges

  1. If mistake is from our side → We pay shipping
  2. If exchange for personal preference → Customer pays shipping

7. Important Note

For safety and fairness, please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. Claims without proof may not be approved.

Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (PKR 200 advance confirmation)
